Um...

Wow. Sorry for not posting in the last 11 days. My only excuse is that life has been way more interesting than blogging.

I am officially home for the rest of the semester. I took my 8 hour computer class on Thursday and I'm hoping I don't forget it all before I start on the 15th. It's been nice to have a little break at home before starting work so that I can have time with friends and family. And getting ready for Easter.

I do get to go to Portland on Monday, but that's just for fun. My floor decided a long time ago that they wanted to use our floor funds to go out to dinner. Since I'm the RA and have the money, I get to go to dinner. :) It will be a good time to spend time with the girls and say goodbye.

Okay...now moving onto something I read in the news today. The headline read "Woman Mauled by Polar Bear." I was a little curious so I read on. Turns out this most brilliant woman was at a zoo in Berlin and decided it was a good idea to jump into the polar bear enclosure! One bear just happened to follow what are probably just it's natural instincts and bit her. I think this woman's actions are worthy of a Darwin Award. (A Darwin Award commemorates those who improve our gene pool by removing themselves from it.) Apparently there is video of it on youtube, but I decided not to be curious any longer.
