Only Tuesday?!

Today has felt like the longest day ever! I don't really know why though because it wasn't totally crazy. I had my exit exam this morning and I feel pretty good about it. It is a weighted test so I don't know my score yet, but just going off of how many I missed, I think I passed. If I did, I won't have any more tests in nursing school! How exciting would that be?! Probably not very exciting for you, but pretty darn freakin' exciting for me!

But I have to wait until Sunday or Monday to find out the results. Boo.

After I got out of the test I got a little time to relax and then went to class for a couple of hours. The class I am taking right now is all about health care policy and health care reform, which I think is very important given our nation's state of affairs, but my brain is dead. Which is probably why it feels like it should be Thursday. Luckily for me, it kind of is.

Tomorrow I start clinical. I have no idea what I'll be doing, but I'm pretty excited about it. I am at OHSU but I have no idea what unit I will be on. But I called my preceptor and she sound genuinely excited to have me there.

And then tomorrow after clinical I get to drive home for a whole 4 day weekend! A couple of days ago I was complaining a little that I had my exit exam so early in the week, but then I realized by having it early I would get a long weekend. I'm super excited.
